ASU Graduation Photos at Old Main + Tempe Town Lake



Ella’s graduation session started on the ASU Tempe campus, where we photographed at Old Main, Palm Walk, West Hall, and the Hayden Library Lawn before heading to Tempe Town Lake for sunset.


I love sessions like this because we can include the classic ASU graduation photos while still creating something that feels a little different. Her lace dress photographed beautifully around campus, and the change of scenery at Tempe Town Lake gave us a completely different look for the second half of the session.


By the time we reached the lake, the light had softened for sunset and we were able to finish the gallery with warm portraits by the water. It was the perfect way to mix iconic ASU locations with a second setting just a few minutes from campus.
