Arizona Desert Senior Photos


Maryn’s senior session had all of the classic Arizona desert scenery, tall cacti, open desert, and warm natural tones throughout the landscape. It’s such a beautiful setting for senior photos because the location makes an impact while still keeping the focus on the person in front of the camera.


We photographed three different outfits throughout her session, which gave us plenty of variety while still keeping the entire gallery cohesive. Each look photographed a little differently against the desert, from more casual portraits to dressier senior photos. Her white dress and boots were especially fun with the Arizona scenery, but I love how each outfit gave us something completely different to work with.


Throughout the session, we created a mix of classic portraits, candid moments, movement, and wider images that really showed off the desert around her.

One of the best parts about planning a full senior session is being able to incorporate multiple outfits and create different looks without needing completely different locations. An Arizona desert setting works with so many styles, making it easy to create a gallery that has variety while still feeling like one complete session.
